Guided Meditation in its basic definition is the simplest way to achieve inner stillness and deep focused awareness and relaxation. All you have to do is listen to the sound of my voice, as this gives you point of focus, allowing you to leave the world behind. I will take you to a place that where you can be still within and just “be”
You will be asked to sit comfortably and be taken through several breathing and visual relaxation techniques. During this relaxed mind state, you be open to positive suggestions and know that you have nowhere else to be and nowhere else to go.
This time will be “just for you”
Just being in this deep state of relaxation is pleasurable and calming. It also enhances you sense of self which can transform all negative energies to positive ones. Releasing negative energies that no longer serve you and replacing them with love, joy, peace and harmony. It will heighten you gratitude and appreciation of life.
Group Healing Hypno-Meditation
Now a new twist will be added and that is Hypnosis. Enjoy all the benefits of hypnosis in your group working towards a common goal. As many people are in the group, there can be that many experiences during the Hypno-Meditation. It is an amazing addition to an already amazing process.
Once the mediation is complete and you have been gradually brought back to your normal awareness, you will feel refreshed, rejuvenated and revitalized.
